Returns & Replacements (for orders through our website)
We will provide a replacement or a refund in the instance of a damaged or defective product, when reported within 10 days of the order being delivered.
If you would like a refund on your Smoodies purchase, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or preferably whatsapp us on +91 74119 61785 with a photograph of the product and the reason for a refund or return request, and we will get back to you within 2 working days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is received, we will get back to you as soon as possible!
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the specified number of days as provided by the payment gateway provider.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
