The founders, Anusha & Siddhartha, come from IIM Calcutta, London School of Economics and IIT Madras, and have worked in reputed organizations across Investment Banking & Management Consulting. We believe in a performance-driven working culture, and don't believe in hierarchy.

Our products are sold pan India, across our D2C channel, E-commerce Grocery players such as Bigbasket, Amazon etc, as well as on Swiggy/Zomato, Cloud Kitchens and in major retailers in Bangalore and Mumbai. Our entire business is oriented around a few core brand principles: to provide honest & tasty nutrition to our consumers. Product Innovation Manager

We are looking for someone who can:

- Work with the founders to decide Product Strategy & define the Innovation Roadmap
- Keep track of market launches, mapping of products to understand market trends & to proactively develop new concepts
- Execute rapidly on Product Roadmap, conduct market research, control vendor negotiations, gather cost benchmarks, and set the pricing strategy
- Coordinate with Brand Manager & Quality Manager to commercialize new launches
- Collect & analyse consumer feedback on new launches to feed into future product development strategy

Skills necessary:

- A passion for & understanding of wellness foods & nutrition
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel
- An organized mind with ability to multi-task and quickly turn around deliverables

Marketing Manager

We are looking for someone who can:

- Work with the CEO to build a cohesive Marketing plan across channels
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Work with various channel/account owners (E-commerce, D2C, Cloud Kitchen) to roll out initiatives across the customer base
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads - email, affiliates, whatsapp, sms
- Work on new product launch strategy across channels
- Coordinate market research activities & collate/analyze consumer feedback into actionable output
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns, and prioritize marketing budgets basis results

Skills necessary:
- Qualification: Master's degree in Marketing, Business and/or a relevant area. MBA degree is preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in marketing of a Consumer Product
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Business Development Manager - Cloud Kitchen/HORECA

We are looking for someone who can:

- Represent the Smoodies brand and pitch its products and potential to Cloud Kitchen/HORECA accounts
- Cultivate and maintain pipeline of leads, and drive maximum conversations down the sales funnel
- Drive new account conversions in the Cloud Kitchen/HORECA space
- Ensure each account hits full potential through appropriate product mix, visibility, menu representation
- Be an effective negotiator to create a win-win situation for the Company and Customer

Skills necessary:
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in a sales & BD role, and a great attitude!
- Someone who can represent the brand through vibrant communication and great pitching skills, and a whole lot of energy!
- Someone who can take initiative, demonstrate personal leadership & the ability to function independently
- A person who is articulate, organized, data-oriented and has the ability to multi-task

Business Analyst - Revenue & Cost

We are looking for someone who can:

- Work closely with the Founders to drive large business decisions basis data - this is as entrepreneurial a role if you want it to be, being able to construct the basis for transformative business decisions & drive change across the organization
- Revenue analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis across products, SKUs, channels, customers to drive future sales & product strategy
- Cost analysis: Prepare channel & customer P&Ls, do deep-dives into various cost buckets (distribution, marketing, sales etc)
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS & dashboards for reporting purposes

Quality Assurance Executive

Objective: To ensure all the products manufactured and distributed by the beverage bottling operation conform to the quality specifications and processes as laid down by the company. Quality Executive supports the identification, planning, documentation, and management of the practices, activities and resources needed to meet quality goals and objectives in a manner that enables management to assess quality performance.

We are looking for someone who can take care of:

- All quality management, and quality assurance activities in the bottling operation
- Adherence to Company guidelines and requirements in the supply, manufacturing and distribution processes
- Conformance to specifications of the finished goods leaving the plant
- Monitor, assess and improve process capabilities in the plant
- Conducting the required tests on raw materials, packaging materials, WIP and finished product at the specified frequencies
- Availability and calibration of inspection and testing equipment and chemical reagents
- Process control of the final product
- Raw material, ingredient and product identification and traceability
- Implementation of GMP in the plant
- Responsibility to document, implement and monitor a quality assurance system in accordance with ISO22000 or applicable FSMS requirements

Skills necessary:
- Qualifications: BSc in Food Science / Food Technology or similar qualification
- Experience: Min. 1 - 2 years in food and beverage industry
